GDU Soccer Program

Players in 3rd through 8th grade are invited to play with the Glacial Drumlin United (GDU) soccer club. GDU has recreational and limited number of competitive teams. GDU will have separate girls and boys teams that play within the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (MAYSA).

Players in 9th through 12th grade are invited to play for a girls' high school competitive team in the fall, or on a boys' high school competitive team in the spring. The high school team level will depend on the level of interest.

Fall/Spring soccer

As of July 1st, registration for Fall 2018/Spring 2019 is closed. We have a limited number of openings on our rosters. Email GDU at with the name, birth year, and sex of your child and we will contact you if we have an opening.

Fees are $200 for recreational youth players for the year (Fall and Spring) and $175 for high school competitive teams (Fall for HS girls and Spring for HS boys).

In the Spring only, we will have limited openings for recreational players for $150. In the Spring, prior to registering, email Glacial Drumlin United with your child's sex and birth date so the Registrar can check to see if there is an opening on the roster.

There is not a Fall only season.

Fees are used to pay the MAYSA player and team fee, practice balls and equipment, referee fees, field maintenance and insurance. Additional funds are generated through donations.

Where We Play:

Home games are conducted at the Glacial Drumlin United Soccer Park and other community fields. The GDU Soccer Park fields are located at the intersection of Hwy. BB and Krueger Rd., 3 miles northeast of Deerfield and other area fields in surrounding communities.  Away games will take place against other teams in the greater Madison area.

Coaches are needed for the youth teams. Please indicate on the registration form if a parent is interested in coaching.
